What’s the longest trip you’ve ever taken?
Egypt. 🇪🇬 And I don’t just mean the flight.
By the time I got there, I’m pretty sure I’d aged three years, crossed several time zones, forgotten what day it was, and developed a close personal relationship with my neck pillow.
But then I was standing in front of the pyramids, looking at something that had been there for thousands of years, and suddenly the long journey didn’t matter.
Egypt was one of those trips where you look around and think, I can’t believe I’m actually here.
The pyramids, the history, the culture, the sheer feeling of standing somewhere you’ve seen in pictures your entire life… unforgettable.
Would I make that long trip again?
Absolutely.
Would my knees like to be consulted first?
Also absolutely. 😂✈️🇪🇬
