What’s a lesson you’ve learned recently that shifted your perspective?
A lesson I’ve learned recently is that peace is expensive, but stress charges interest.
I’m learning that not everything needs my reaction, my explanation, or my full nervous system doing the cha-cha. Sometimes the healthiest thing I can do is step back, breathe, and let people be wrong in peace.
Growth is realizing I don’t have to attend every argument I’m invited to.
And honestly? My knees, my patience, and my blood pressure all appreciate it.
