What’s the best advice you’d give to someone younger than you?

Stop worrying so much about what everyone thinks of you. Most people are far too busy worrying about what you think of them anyway.

Don’t stay where you’re unhappy just because you’ve already invested years there. Years already spent are gone. Don’t donate the next ten to something that’s making you miserable.

Save some money. Take the trip. Eat the cake. Wear the bathing suit. Say “I love you” when you mean it and “no” when you mean that too.

And please, for the love of all things holy, take care of your knees. Nobody warns you about the knees. 😂

I’d love to tell you I learned all of this early and lived accordingly.

I did not.
