What’s one piece of travel advice you always follow?

Oh goodness, where do I start? 😂 Pack light, arrive early, keep your passport safe, don’t talk to strangers (although I’ve met some wonderful strangers), and apparently don’t drink the water in certain places!

But if I had to choose just one piece of advice, it would be don’t let fear keep you from going.

I remember taking my first solo trip to another continent. Was I nervous? Absolutely! My imagination had already come up with about 47 different things that could go wrong, and I hadn’t even boarded the plane yet. 😂

But I went anyway, and I’m so glad I did.

I’ve learned that sometimes the hardest part of travelling is simply finding the courage to leave the comfort of what’s familiar.

The world is a big, beautiful place, and I’d hate to reach the end of my life wishing I’d seen more of it.

Besides, you can always come home, unpack your suitcase, and complain about how much laundry you have to do! 😂
